THE PROBLEM

Why Most Corporate Training Fails

(And How to Fix It)

Most corporate training is boring, generic, and forgotten within 48 hours. Your team sits through slides, nods politely, then goes back to doing things exactly the same way.

I run corporate training differently. Interactive, memorable, and built for the way adults actually learn. I use real stories, hands-on exercises, and humour to make skills stick. Just practical tools your team can use immediately.

Whether you need technical training to sharpen expertise or behavioural training to build better communicators, every session is designed around your goals.

Two Types of Corporate Training That Drive Performance

Pick the training your team needs most, or combine both for maximum impact.

Technical Training

I give your team the hard skills they need to do their jobs faster, better, and with fewer costly errors. Finance, operations, tools, systems – whatever technical gap is slowing your team down, this corporate training fixes it.

Behavioural Training

The best technical skills mean nothing if your team can’t communicate, lead, or work together. This corporate training builds the soft skills that separate good teams from great ones: clarity, confidence, and collaboration.

Corporate Training Questions, Answered

What is your training philosophy for businesses seeking tailored corporate training?

My approach is anchored in four principles.

1. Clarity first: Complex topics must be broken down into simple, memorable ideas.
2. Energy sustains engagement: A room stays alive when humor, stories, and interaction flow naturally.
3. Challenge drives growth: I push participants with uncomfortable truths and tough questions, balanced with encouragement.
4. Application matters: Every training session ends with tools and perspectives participants can use immediately at work.

What ROI can we expect from in house executive training programs?

Clients have seen sharper leaders, stronger teams, and lasting business results. My programs go beyond knowledge—they shift performance. For me, the measure of teaching is not applause in the room, but what people do differently the next morning.

How does your background make corporate training impactful?

I am a finance leader turned entrepreneur and executive coach with 30+ years across boardrooms, classrooms, and global stages. I bring a rare mix of corporate scars, entrepreneurial grit, extreme adventure stories and teaching savvy.

Who is the ideal candidate for your corporate and executive training?

High-potential managers and ambitious professionals who want to accelerate into leadership. Delegates to my programs often say my training “changed how I think and act at work.

What’s your process for designing a company training program?

I start with discovery, finding out why the in-house training is required, who (and how big) is the target audience, what is the mindset of the target audience, what is the organizational culture etc. I don’t assume. I then design programs rooted in these realities. Sessions are interactive, practical, and give leaders tools they can use immediately.

Do you deliver executive and corporate training virtually or in a hybrid format?

Frankly I am much more effective in person than virtually and hence prefer the in-person format for delivering corporate training.

How do you measure the success and impact of your company training?

Impact of the in house training is measured by skills applied, behavior change, and feedback.

What do participants say about your corporate training?

They consistently highlight my clarity, energy, and ability to simplify complex ideas. They value that I cut out the fluff, focus on what really matters, and make learning practical and memorable. Many mention that my passion and humor keep training sessions unexpectedly engaging, while the real-world finance insights make lessons directly useful in their jobs. Above all, they stress that the training changes how they think, communicate, and lead, long after the session ends.

Corporate Training

Meet the Man Behind the Magic

I don’t do corporate training the way everyone else does it. I spent years as a co-founder learning what actually works when you’re trying to lead teams, fix problems, and hit goals under pressure.

My corporate training workshops are interactive, funny, and packed with stories and tools people remember long after the session ends.

No corporate speak. No wasting time. Just practical skills your team can use starting Monday.
