- What’s your process for designing a company training program?

I start with discovery, finding out why the in-house training is required, who (and how big) is the target audience, what is the mindset of the target audience, what is the organizational culture etc. I don’t assume. I then design programs rooted in these realities. Sessions are interactive, practical, and give leaders tools they can use immediately.
- Do you deliver executive and corporate training virtually or in a hybrid format?

Frankly I am much more effective in person than virtually and hence prefer the in-person format for delivering corporate training.
